His popular programs, online Monster Growth Academy, and structures are used by business people who want to get a significant increase in their business by using a specific formula Coach Burt has cultivated over the last 27 years.
Coach Micheal Burt is considered “America’s Coach,” a unique blend of a former championship basketball coach combined with a deep methodology of inner-engineering people to produce at a higher level in the business world. Coach Burt found his unique voice early in life at the age of 15 by starting his basketball coaching career with a junior pro basketball team.

Over the course of his career, he has worked alongside banks in the repossession process of homes, operated and managed a multi-unit retail operation in the financial services space, founded a national insurance agency, and become a best-selling author.
David currently sits as the CEO of The DAP Strategy which is the parent company of several brands whose focus is on small to medium-sized business consulting. These companies offer tax preparation, accounting services, bookkeeping, and outsourced CFO operations.
David is an active real estate investor in commercial, multi-unit, and single-family development.

JERRY BAYLESS
Jerry is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with experience in leadership positions at top financial firms such as Citigroup and Bank of America where he led their non-prime auto finance operations. He also has hands-on experience as CFO at a start-up that went through private equity and debt raises and ultimately did an initial public offering along with follow-on equity raises in the public markets. He currently is an outside board member of a private equity-backed company based in Dallas, TX.
His recent experience has been as a mentor and coach to franchisees in the tax preparation field with Liberty Tax Service.
Jerry’s early work experience was with Ernst & Young in their Entrepreneurial Services department and a Dallas-based local CPA firm where he was a partner.
He has a BBA degree from SMU and a Masters degree in Public Accountancy from the University of Texas at Austin.
